This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, No. 4 of 2013 (“POPIA”) and the Consumer Protection Act, No. 68 of 2008 (“CPA”).
By accessing our Platform, purchasing products, or using our services, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in this policy.

  1. SHARING YOUR INFORMATION WITH THIRD PARTIES
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We only share your data with trusted service providers (operators under POPIA) who assist us in running our business. These include:

We will only transfer your personal information to countries that offer an adequate level of data protection equivalent to POPIA, or where the recipient agrees to protect your data under strict contract clauses.
